The package will be sent after passing Indonesia’s regulation. According to Indonesia’s regulations, there will be some steps and requirements that we must fulfill.
The first step
Export Permit Submission for the Phytosanitary Certificate preparations
Second step
Lab checks for the plant’s conditions and health
Third step
Produce Phytosanitary Certificate and rechecks by the Ministry of Agriculture
Fourth step
Delivery to the shipping expedition
The submission process will take 2 – 3 weeks, and the shipping process will take 4 – 7 work days.
- We accept the return for dead plants but not a dead leaf
- If the plant dies due to poor preparation by our team, customer can propose plant replacement. To be eligible for crop replacement, pictures or videos of plant conditions must be submitted as evidence, within 24 hours of crop arrival. A replacement factory will be shipped with your next order.
We currently use three services, DHL,UPS, and aircargo
Yes, we do, the countries are listed on the shipping regulations. For the countries that are not listed are of course welcome to ask and request the shipping, as long as the customers are aware about the regulations and the requirements around the area.
It is not always required but it is better to always prepare for one before importing. Some countries actually require import permit to ship.
- For USA, import permit is needed for order more than 12 pieces.
- For Philippine, import permit is needed for order more than 3 pieces.
- For Canada, import permit is a must for any number of plants in one order.
- For England, Peach number is needed for importing.
For the tracking number, DHL will inform you through email once you completed the order, and we will inform you about the package’s departure.
Term & Conditions
Plant Description :
- The photos are for reference only, the plants we sent will be more or less like in the photo
- Make sure you know the regulations of the import process from your country (such as import permit and customs process)
- It would take (approximately) 8 – 14 days for us to make an export permit and phytosanitary certificate
- Plants are carefully sanitized and then covered in plastic with sterilized moist moss. Plants are rolled up in paper to protect the leaves we use DHL/UPS for shipping
- Conditions and sizes for garden plants and trees can be adjusted according to needs and agreements between Apex Indonesia and the customer.
Warranty :
- We accept the return for dead plants but not a dead leaf

Shipping:
- We use DHL Express and UPS for shipping aroid plants.
- We use container cargo for shipping garden plants and trees
- Customer shall give the complete address including e-mail and phone number to be contacted by DHL/UPS for shipping and for us to inform you of the process and progress
- Failures of delivery caused by Customer uncontactable. DHL Express requires an acceptance signature. So please provide us the reachable contact and fast respon for better service.
- All forms of taxes and duty fees in the customer’s area are fully the customer’s responsibility, we will not take any liability for any problem in regard to the taxes.

We need to inform you about the shipping regulations :
1. Shipping to USA
Ordering over 12 pcs of plants to USA requires an import permit. Please send your import permit through our email info@apexia.id
2. Shipping to Canada
Order in any amount requires an import permit. Please send your import permit through our email info@apexia.id
3. Shipping to Europe
The regulations depend on the destinated area. For UK, Peach Number will be needed for importing, so please contact us and send it through our email info@apexia.id
For Austria, we can’t send plants to your country due to regulations.
4. Shipping to Hongkong
Order in any amount requires an import permit. Please send your import permit through our email info@apexia.id
5. Shipping to Uni Emirate Arab
Orden in any amount requires an import permit. Please send your import permit through our email info@apexia.id
6. Shipping to Singapore
Order over 3 pcs of plants require an import permit. Please send your import permit through our email info@apexia.id
7. Shipping to Panama
Orden in any amount requires an import permit. Please send your permit through our email info@apexia.id
For customs clearance, some area requires a duty tax or an import tax fee. Customer has to pay the fee to get the plants to come through customs. If you don’t pay this tax, the package will be withheld by customs. Please Pay as soon as possible to save the package.
For other countries, please check your local Ministry of Agriculture for the regulations and the document requirements.
